MAY Management’s concern is to deliver the ultimate service for keeping an eye on quality, cost and timeline which represent the most important sides of managing any project. Our experience covers various scales from small to multimillion dollar projects. We oversee from Painting/Stucco to full Roof Replacements. We focus on project oversight, adhering to schedule and budget limitations, owner communications, protection of Association property and equipment, verifying and processing pay applications and assist with making certain there is warranty preservation. All while limiting owner/guest impact.
We work with Association Boards from choosing a capable and experienced Engineer, compiling professional, capable and vetted Contractors, obtaining legal review of contracts and assisting with mobilization through project completion. We minimize the amount of time a Board and CAM must spend managing projects so their time can be well spent focusing on the day to day responsibilities and operations of the Associations. We can be proactive in identifying potential problems and their resolutions in order to reduce risk and mitigate unanticipated costs due to delay, unforeseen conditions and acceleration.
