We provide web profiles with customized online payment workflows, scanned invoices, electronic invoice receipts and email notifications. View your association invoices online, search using our data processing tools to decrease time for payment approvals. MAY makes it easier to find invoices and provides robust, feature-ready search capabilities, streamlining the process for audits, invoice approvals and changes.
Prism RFP
Prism is a tool used for RFP Vendor Bids. This is software that can be used to send to vendors within our system to quote a project, then board members can compare side by side to make decisions.

MAY Management utilizes a comprehensive digital association management software solution and continues to expand the resources both on and offline to benefit our communities. We are committed to providing a high level of security and support for our associations and their owners. Data encryption and archived digital invoice records are held for seven years, managing the process to record this information internally for your added security and for historical purposes.
