What We Do


For 30 years MAY Management has been the premier provider of homeowner, condominium and commercial association management services in Northeast Florida and surrounding areas. MAY is committed to the success of every HOA and their individual needs, to protect their property values, and to maintain a lasting partnership through solid, genuine relationships with the board members and homeowners.

With 30 years of experience, MAY ensures community compliance with Florida Statute 720 and community documents. MAY oversees day to day community activity including common areas, landscaping, Amenity Center operations, maintenance, and vendor management.

MAY has been managing resort style condominiums since 1988 and brings invaluable knowledge to the table when solving challenges faced by condominium communities.
MAY has had extreme success in commercial management by applying the same management style of efficiency perfected over the course of years in community management.
MAY provides complete and detailed monthly financial reports provided by our team to support your leadership team. All financial reports are reviewed by Accounting Managers prior to distribution. Our client financial services extend to attending Board and Finance committee meetings to develop budgets, review financial reports and to manage long-term financial plans.
Employing years of experience, MAY can assist in the creation of architectural guidelines for any community and manage the process from start of development to the last home built and all subsequent modifications. Your Team at MAY is committed to ensuring homeowners, developers and builders have thorough guidance throughout the process of establishing and maintaining an aesthetic in an HOA.

MAY believes in providing education opportunities for all of our board members and committee members to ensure they have a complete and effective base of knowledge. We provide a variety of courses at no additional cost.

Who We Are

MAY Management Services, Inc. was formed in November 1988 by three partners with experience in community management. Their initial office was in Ponte Vedra followed by an office in St. Augustine and quickly grew as they started to service more and more of the larger communities in St. Johns County.

In 1998, the World Golf Village development began and MAY was awarded the contracts for the five masters and sub associations. The MAY Management WGV office was opened six months later. During that same year, Ocean Hammock developers contacted MAY and the Palm Coast area became a new frontier for the MAY team.

MAY gives back to the community through active support of: The Sertoma Club, Chips in4Vets, The Salvation Army, Kinder Vision, Northeast Florida Community Hospice, St. Johns Cares (formerly JCP Cares), Pink Up the Pace, and Horse Haven Ranch.
