Background

MAY Management was established servicing St. Augustine and continued to grow into areas of Jacksonville, Palm Coast, Daytona Beach, Sawgrass, Ponte Vedra, and surrounding areas where we continue our growth outside St. Johns County. The members of these communities had greatly benefited by the benefit of true professional property management. In 1998, May management was awarded many major contracts for several master and sub-associations. Many Developers like the Ocean Hammock joined with MAY and Palm Coast became where we have set up our base of our business. The past fifteen years have been following the path of growth by adding thousands of homeowners associations and community associations throughout North-East Florida and expanding our operations to Neptune Beach, Amelia Island, Flagler Beach and more recently New Smyrna Beach.

Our Homeowners’ Association (HOA) and Condo Association (COA) management professionals have been working rigorously along with supporting staff to provide members of each community we manage complete satisfaction meanwhile maintaining or improving property values. By establishing relations with several developers, MAY has become one of the biggest associations for condo management in St. Augustine and Jacksonville areas.
